If you were adopted you grew up with a story. Something you may have been
told or a story you made up. Is that story
still true for you?

This workshop is an opportunity to examine your stories from a different perspective
with you as the hero.

Through movement, discussion and reflective writing you will leave with a
more authentic version of your story.
